About The Position

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for ensuring timely payment by processing payroll through Dayforce (Ceridian) and VISTA. This role involves daily downloading and posting of timecards, entering wages, deductions, and changes, and weekly Certified Payroll reporting. The specialist will also ensure hours in Vista match Dayforce, post time entries, and verify deduction and liability amounts. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Payroll experience of two years.
• Knowledge of wages and labor laws.
• Must be able to prioritize duties, be discreet with confidential information and adherence to strict deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Software to include; Excel, Work and Outlook.
• Must have a strong work ethic with excellent communications skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experienced with Dayforce (Ceridian) payroll system or Vista is a plus.
