Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of payroll, timekeeping, and compliance processes with the ability to manage detailed information accurately.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Skilled at building partnerships and providing guidance to supervisors and employees on payroll-related matters.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS, payroll, or timekeeping systems, with strong organizational skills.
  • Effective communication, problem solving, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing by reviewing, validating, and managing employee timekeeping data.
  • Maintain employee records and process personnel changes while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Support I-9 and E-Verify activities and help drive compliance with employment and payroll requirements.
  • Partner with supervisors and operational leaders to resolve payroll issues and improve process consistency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to employee and manager payroll inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
