We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist II to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across multiple states. Requirements

Payroll processing experience preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and on schedule for employees across multiple states.
Review and validate payroll data, earnings, deductions, taxes, and supporting documentation.
Perform payroll audits and reconciliations, resolving discrepancies prior to payroll finalization.
Maintain employee payroll records, including tax elections, garnishments, and direct deposit information.
Process payroll-related employee changes, including new hires, terminations, compensation adjustments, and deductions.
Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Partner with HR to ensure employee information is accurate and payroll changes are processed promptly.
Support compliance with payroll regulations, recordkeeping requirements, and company policies.
Manage garnishments, tax notices, and payroll documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information.
Support additional payroll-related projects and departmental priorities as assigned.
