About The Position

Seeking an experienced full-time, on-site multi-state Payroll Processor/Payroll Tax Preparer in Nashville, TN. This role involves bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll and benefits processing for healthcare providers in multiple states, quarterly payroll tax preparation (941/SUTA/State withholding), W-2 preparation, and client and employee inquiry resolution. The position is based in Nashville, TN, and requires the candidate to reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to commute reliably. U.S. work authorization is required, with no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available. Hybrid work-from-home eligibility is available after 90 days, but the role is not fully remote.

Responsibilities
