This role involves performing payroll duties such as reviewing and entering timesheets, monitoring records, and making corrections. It also includes performing personnel duties, educating staff on policies, and assisting management with technical and administrative issues. The position also handles Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests, processes leave requests, and maintains related documentation. Additionally, it involves performing insurance duties, responding to disputes, processing employee documents, and working with insurance vendors. The role serves as a primary contact with Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, and Workers’ Compensation, and approves adjustments or corrections for work/leave time or Workers’ Compensation, while monitoring employee injuries and exposure reports.
