This role is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour regulations. The coordinator will also support employees by resolving payroll and HR-related inquiries, onboarding new hires, and assisting with employee relations and special projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, deadline-driven, experienced in multi-state payroll processing, possesses strong technical skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality, with the ability to manage routine payroll functions while contributing to process improvements.
