We are seeking a detail-oriented and operationally strong Payroll Operations Specialist to support payroll processing, payroll audits, reporting, and payroll-related client support for our PEO and payroll clients. This role is focused on payroll execution, accuracy, and internal operational support. The Payroll Operations Specialist will help ensure payrolls are reviewed, processed, reconciled, and supported in a timely and compliant manner. This role may communicate with clients by email to clarify payroll items, request missing information, or provide payroll-related follow-up. However, Customer Success remains the primary owner of the overall client relationship, recurring client meetings, escalations, and broader client experience. This position works closely with Customer Success, Benefits, Tax, Engineering, and internal Payroll Operations teams to resolve payroll issues, support client payroll cycles, and improve internal processes.
