About The Position

This position is responsible for supervising the NOAM regional payroll business service team to ensure accurate delivery of payroll. The Company’s NOAM payroll objectives are to use a shared service delivery model to ensure our in-house team makes accurate and timely payments of all pay to employees, make payroll deductions for taxes, statutory payments, benefits, and other items to respective parties and meet all regulatory payroll related filing requirements. In addition, this individual will participate in the development, implementation, updating and monitoring of a standard set of internal controls over NOAM’s region payroll processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data related to the payroll function, the protection of Company assets, and the privacy of employee data. Furthermore, this position is also responsible to monitor and make certain the Company is in compliance with all current and future payroll laws and regulations for each Country within the region. This position is not hybrid/remote and will be located at our Hinckley Parkway location in Cleveland, OH. Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments.
