About The Position

This role is responsible for leading, coaching, and managing the Payroll Team, which consists of over 6 direct reports. The team handles all aspects of payroll for the company’s employees in North America and Latin America. The position reports to the Director of Payroll.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports
• Payroll experience supporting employees in the US and Canada
• Proactive mindset
• Excellent Project Management and Continuous Improvement skills
• Advanced user skills in Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage the Payroll Team (6+ direct reports) handling all aspects of payroll for the company’s employees in North America and Latin America
