The Payroll Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all payroll operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across the organization. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the payroll function, manages payroll staff, ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, and partners closely with Human Resources, Finance, and other departments to support organizational objectives. The Payroll Manager serves as the primary subject-matter expert for payroll processes, systems, and compliance while actively assisting with payroll processing as needed.
