Payroll HR Clerk needs 3+ years Payroll experience required Payroll HR Clerk requires: Associates degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience required 3+ years Payroll experience required Previous experience with reporting, data analysis or payroll reconciliations Solid understanding of payroll effects to payroll tax and accounting Ability to create and modify reports using Globalview reports Multi-state payroll processing experience in a fast paced/large volume environment 3+ years of Canadian Payroll experience - Must have done Canadian payroll - Must know Canadian tax and provincial policies - Must be okay with manually processing payroll American Payroll Association (APA) CPP or FPC certification Canadian payroll experience Wage garnishment processing

Requirements

• 3+ years Payroll experience required
• Associates degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Previous experience with reporting, data analysis or payroll reconciliations
• Solid understanding of payroll effects to payroll tax and accounting
• Ability to create and modify reports using Globalview reports
• Multi-state payroll processing experience in a fast paced/large volume environment
• 3+ years of Canadian Payroll experience
• Must have done Canadian payroll
• Must know Canadian tax and provincial policies
• Must be okay with manually processing payroll
• American Payroll Association (APA) CPP or FPC certification
• Canadian payroll experience
• Wage garnishment processing

Responsibilities

• Ensure automated timekeeping hours file is processed and balanced
• Calculates and creates out of sequence pay entries for corrections
• Ensure processing of tax and GL processes for accurate reporting to ADP and Accounting and troubleshoots errors for resolution
• Frequently interacts with various departments
• Assist with various payroll, tax, and benefit reconciliations and audits
• Creates, tracks and works to resolve service requests with 3rd party payroll provider
• Support direct training needs for incoming payroll staff
