COMPENSATION: $54k-$60k The Role: We are looking for a Payroll Financial Analyst to join our incredible team. Requirements

  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or related discipline or equivalent professional work experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive experience (preferred)
  • Commission calculation experience (preferred)
  • Data analytics experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of IDS and/or Paylocity (preferred)
  • Proven ability to understand data flow and integrations across multiple systems.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and business recommendations to Senior Management.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and analyzes commission and bonus plans and trends
  • Collaborates with the accounting and leadership on explaining commission or bonus trends and variances.
  • Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns.
  • Assist with reviewing journal entries
  • Reviews commission and bonus statements
  • Reviews payroll multi-entity and multi-state payrolls
  • Assists with reviewing compliance standards
  • Collaborates with the other departments to automate commission and bonus calculations
  • Takes existing reporting (Excel, Access, standalone, etc.) and enhances more sustainable processes
  • Prepares schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits
  • Performs reconciliations to ensure accuracy of data
  • Takes existing reporting (Excel, Access, standalone, etc.) and enhances more sustainable processes.
