About The Position

Our client is looking for a Payroll & Finance Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive payroll, finance support, and administrative assistance for the Southeast Region. This role will support field employees, clients, and regional leadership by ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining organized records, coordinating compliance documentation, and facilitating smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in payroll administration, finance support, administrative operations, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees, clients, vendors, and management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes, financial administration, and business documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute weekly payroll processing for onsite staff with high precision and punctual delivery.
  • Generate and submit mandatory payroll filings complying with project guidelines and legal wage standards.
  • Organize and retain systematic accounts for clients, project documentation, contracts, and company archives.
  • Facilitate Certificate of Insurance (COI) filings to meet client specifications promptly.
  • Monitor staff financial advances while ensuring complete sign-offs and proper background paperwork.
  • Address operational staff questions concerning compensation, benefits coverage, placements, and workforce policies.
  • Deliver administrative support across payables, receivables, and routine banking operations as needed.
  • Aid regional executives with ongoing administrative workflows and strategic unit needs.
  • Protect sensitive personal, financial, and organizational data with strict privacy standards.
  • Balance concurrent responsibilities effectively while completing operational tasks seamlessly within target timelines.
