We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to work at our office location in South Brunswick, NJ.

Requirements

• Experience with ADP WorkForce Now or similar HRIS
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Data entry experience with strong attention to detail
• Experience working with Confidential information

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Transportation industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Enter new hire information in ADP
• Processes driver settlements and payroll through Transportation Management System (TMW)
• Manage our Driver Sign-on and Referral Bonus process
• Administer employee benefit plans through ADP, including reconciliation of invoices
• Administer FMLA, NJ FLA, and NJ FLI processes
• Enter wage garnishment, unemployment, and third-party sick pay information in ADP and/or respond to state agencies
• Run, compare and analyze reports
• Other duties as assigned
