Supporting payroll processing for both corporate and property-level employees. Ensuring payroll is processed accurately, on time, and in alignment with company policies. Maintaining and updating payroll records, including new hires, terminations, pay adjustments, deductions, and other employee changes. Reviewing timekeeping records for accuracy and completeness. Coordinating with Human Resources to ensure payroll changes are supported by proper documentation. Assisting with payroll tax reporting, wage garnishments, benefit deductions, audits, and compliance reviews. Responding to employee questions regarding pay, deductions, payroll procedures, and related items with professionalism and care. Generating payroll reports for Finance, Human Resources, and leadership teams as needed. Supporting year-end payroll processes, including W-2 preparation and reporting. You understand the importance of compliance with federal, state, and local wage and labor regulations. You can work closely with Human Resources, Finance, and property leadership teams to resolve questions and keep records accurate. You are comfortable working with payroll systems, timekeeping tools, reports, and employee data. You know how to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. You communicate clearly and can support employees and leaders with patience, accuracy, and follow-through. You are energized by work that requires consistency, precision, and trust. Education and Experience Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 2–4 years of payroll or accounting experience preferred. Hospitality, multi-unit, or property-support experience preferred. Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping software preferred. Basic knowledge of payroll tax regulations and wage laws. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee and payroll information. Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with Human Resources, Finance, property leadership, and employees. Work Environment and Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working on payroll systems, records, and reports. Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift or move items up to 15–20 pounds. Ability to work in a professional office environment with standard business hours.
