The Payroll Compliance Analyst II manages the calculation, analysis, and reporting of payroll, union benefits, and prevailing wage activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing across complex regulatory and collective bargaining environments. The incumbent interprets and applies collective bargaining agreements and prevailing wage requirements, performs audits and reconciliations of payroll data and deductions, and resolves discrepancies related to wage rates, classifications, and benefits. The Payroll Compliance Analyst II oversees preparation and submission of required reporting, supports audit readiness through thorough documentation, and contributes to process improvements, compliance monitoring, and knowledge sharing within the team. The incumbent collaborates closely with HR, Finance, HRIS, payroll teams, field leadership, and external partners to validate data, address issues, and drive operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
