Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Dayforce/Ceridian or similar enterprise HRIS
• Comfort reconciling payroll within the general ledger
• Ability to jump in quickly and adapt with minimal ramp-up
• Strong attention to detail in high-volume payroll processing

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll across multiple pay cycles
• Enter and maintain payroll data including time, pay, deductions, and leave
• Reconcile payroll transactions with the general ledger
• Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies quickly
• Manage garnishments, corrections, and off-cycle payments
• Partner with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance
