This role is responsible for preparing payroll and supporting daily payroll activities, including time and attendance for hourly employees. The position also involves performing various clerical duties such as filing, sorting, organizing, and distributing materials. A key aspect of the role is maintaining general and confidential personnel files, as well as organizing and storing term files and payroll files in a designated storage area. The Payroll Clerk will also process pay increases, prepare and review clock reports with supervisors for payroll processing, and input deductions and direct deposits. The role may also include any other duties or special projects as assigned.
