This critical role ensures staff are paid accurately and on time, benefits are seamlessly administered, and employee data remains compliant. The position acts as a vital bridge between HR and Finance, requiring a blend of traditional HR operations and clinical workflow management, partnering closely with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Clinical teams to tie clinical documentation directly to payroll. The role involves executing full-cycle payroll processing, managing PTO tracking, conducting payroll audits, reconciling client hours with clinical documentation, managing onboarding and offboarding, administering benefits, and maintaining employee records for compliance.
