About The Position

Likewize is searching for a Payroll & Benefits Manager to join us onsite at our global headquarters in Southlake, Texas. In this role, you’ll own end‑to‑end U.S. and Canada payroll while supporting seamless and compliant experiences for both benefits and immigration. You’ll be our go‑to ADP Workforce Now expert, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly. From open enrollment support to statutory filings, you’ll help keep complex processes feeling effortless. You’ll also lead payroll improvements and system enhancements, always looking for smarter ways to work. Requirements

  • 2+ years of end‑to‑end payroll experience, with exposure to benefits administration and a proven track record of accurate execution
  • Hands‑on experience with ADP, with confidence navigating payroll processes and reporting
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze, reconcile, and manage data efficiently
  • An energetic team player who builds strong relationships across teams and levels
  • Highly detail‑oriented, with strong organizational, planning, and follow‑through skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end U.S. and Canada payroll processing in ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Review and reconcile payroll data, including timecards, time-off entries, off-cycle payments, garnishments, and year-end reporting.
  • Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and ADP to ensure accurate taxation, funding, and general ledger alignment.
  • Support benefits-related payroll activities, including open enrollment testing and earnings/deduction setup.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for payroll inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Lead payroll projects and continuous process improvements, adapting quickly and driving tasks to completion.
  • Administer employee benefit programs in compliance with plan provisions and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on eligibility, coverage, and benefits-related issues.
  • Coordinate annual open enrollment, including materials, communications, and employee education.
  • Manage vendor relationships, renewals, contract reviews, billing, and compliance reporting.
  • Oversee COBRA administration and partner with external auditors on 401(k) audits and Form 5500 filings.
  • Monitor benefits trends and legislation, recommending program enhancements as needed.
  • Own and oversee the company’s full U.S. immigration portfolio, including H‑1B cap and extensions, L‑1 visas, green card processes, EADs, I‑9 compliance, and F‑1/SSN payroll coordination.
  • Act as the trusted, go‑to immigration partner for employees and stakeholders, collaborating seamlessly with external counsel and guiding individuals through complex immigration matters.
  • Serve as the official company representative for all immigration filings, proactively managing submission timelines, audit readiness, and flawless completion of required documentation.
