Teads is seeking an energized, curious and solutions-driven Payroll & Benefits Manager to join our People & Culture team in the NYC office, supporting our employee population across the US and Canada. This is a unique opportunity to join during an exciting period of transition and transformation within our payroll operations. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to roll up their sleeves to manage end-to-end payroll while helping us build scalable, efficient processes for the future. The ideal candidate brings strong operational payroll experience: Someone who has run payroll independently and understands the details, while also having the mindset to improve, optimize and strengthen controls as we grow. You’ll work with a collaborative and proactive People & Culture team that values partnership, accountability and continuous improvement.
