The Payroll and Benefits Manager is responsible for overseeing and administering all aspects of payroll processing and employee benefits programs. This role ensures accurate, timely payroll operations, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and effective management of benefits offerings to support employee satisfaction and organizational goals. This individual will be the company’s subject matter expert for payroll and benefits related matters. This is an exempt, full-time, salaried position reporting to the Head of HR, offering health, dental, vision, 401(k), vacation, and other employee benefits.
