We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Payroll & Benefits that will oversee all payroll and employee benefits functions within our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end payroll process, managing comprehensive benefits programs, and maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. The Manager will have an opportunity to influence HR operations and lead key payroll and benefits initiatives. They will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance payroll and benefits operations. Ultimately, this position ensures that employees are compensated accurately and timely, and that benefits programs support workforce satisfaction and retention. This position manages two direct reports.
