About The Position
Miami Valley Child Development Centers (MVCDC) is seeking a Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance Specialist who is passionate about supporting employees and strengthening the systems that help our organization thrive. In this role, you’ll support payroll processing, employee benefits administration, compliance reporting, and key finance operations while helping ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to federal and state regulations. You’ll also assist with travel reimbursements, risk management documentation, and financial compliance processes that support the agency’s mission and daily operations.
