About The Position

Texas Roadhouse is looking for passionate individuals to join their Support Center team in Louisville, KY. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring restaurant teams are paid accurately and on time. This role involves partnering with managers across locations, providing support, and maintaining payroll operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys detailed work. This is an on-site position with a hybrid schedule at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center in Louisville, Kentucky.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of administrative experience
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with payroll systems (Ultimate Software/UKG preferred)
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Payroll certifications (FPC or CPP) a plus

Responsibilities

Process high-volume payroll for hourly restaurant employees
Own payroll operations for assigned markets and locations
Review and validate weekly payroll data, flagging and resolving variances
Make manual payroll adjustments as needed
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines
Print checks and payroll reports
Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and cost questions
Audit tax setup and payroll data for accuracy
Provide legendary service to managers and employees with payroll-related questions
