About The Position

Aston Carter is seeking a Payroll Associate to process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees. This role involves reviewing timekeeping records and payroll data for accuracy and completeness, utilizing ADP Vantage to maintain employee payroll records and process transactions. The associate will research and resolve payroll discrepancies, timecard exceptions, and employee inquiries, as well as process employee deductions, garnishments, direct deposits, and tax updates. Additionally, the position supports payroll audits, reconciliations, and year-end reporting activities, and partners with HR to ensure accurate reflection of employee data changes in payroll. Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive payroll and employee information, supporting compliance with payroll regulations, and recommending process improvements are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

  • Experience using ADP Vantage is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • 0-5 years of payroll experience.

Responsibilities
