About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to manage and process payroll operations accurately and on time. This role requires hands-on experience with NetSuite, Paycor, and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of payroll data.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of payroll processing experience
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Paycor required
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual – English/ Spanish

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for employees across multiple states using Paycor and NetSuite
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records for accuracy and compliance
• Reconcile payroll data between Paycor and NetSuite systems
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports using Microsoft Excel
• Coordinate with HR and Finance teams on employee changes, benefits, and compensation updates
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll
• Identify process improvements and support payroll system enhancements
• Must be a team player who promotes a clean and safe work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor
