About The Position

We are looking for a Payroll & Site Administrator to join our team in Brantford, Ontario at our Greater Toronto Fulfillment Centre starting as soon as possible. As a Payroll & Site Administrator, you will own the following critical areas: Payroll Administration: Own end-to-end payroll administration for the site, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs, corrections, and approvals. Maintain payroll records and employee data integrity while ensuring compliance with company policies, payroll procedures, and relevant employment legislation. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries, issue resolution, and escalation management. Partner with HR, Finance, and Payroll teams to investigate discrepancies and drive timely resolution. Site Administration: Support by managing complex calendar scheduling, prioritization, and meeting coordination for the Site Leader and leadership team. Coordinate travel arrangements, expense management, visitor logistics, and executive administrative support activities. Prepare leadership communications, presentations, reports, and materials for business reviews, town halls, and site events. Anticipate business needs and proactively manage competing priorities to enable leader effectiveness. Own site administrative processes, ensuring facilities, office services, supplies, and administrative support activities operate efficiently. Coordinate site-wide communications, employee events, recognition programs, and leadership meetings. Serve as a key liaison between site leadership, employees, vendors, and functional partners. Maintain site records, organizational documentation, and administrative tracking systems. Manage purchase orders, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and budget tracking for site administrative expenses. Ensure timely submission and reconciliation of expenses while maintaining compliance with company controls and approval processes. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, community events, and culture-building activities Drive continuous improvement initiatives and standardization of site administrative practices.

Requirements

  • Payroll administration experience required, other HR experience an asset.
  • Experience with payroll systems
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to execute with excellence. Works in partnership with the Site HR Leader to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency with key systems.
  • Proactive with the ability to learn new systems easily
  • Exceptionally strong proven technical and computer skills: proficient in O-365, Microsoft Office tools, SAP, Workday, Teams, CATS (or ability to learn) and Workday drive (or ability to learn). Must possess the ability and passion to learn new technologies.
  • Self-motivated and self-starter, able to function and make decisions independently, strong organization and follow through skills and ability to prioritize workload and re-focus as situations change.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with all levels of the organization
