The Payroll and HRIS Specialist serves as a frontline operator and problem-solver for Brabo’s client base, owning the day-to-day execution of payroll and HRIS functions within the Paylocity platform. This role is not just transactional—it is client-facing, fast-paced, and requires strong judgment, adaptability, and accountability. You will support a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including healthcare, hospitality, construction, nonprofits, and professional services. Success in this role means balancing high-volume, deadline-driven payroll processing with real-time client support and system optimization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a service environment, is highly tech-savvy, and wants to grow into advanced HRIS, implementation, or HR Business Partner work over time.
