The Payroll and Financial Analyst is responsible for detailed analytical reviews, analysis and reconciliations of the payroll budget, participation in the Procurement Committee, assisting with quarterly budget projections and annual budget preparation, and other Finance administrative functions. This role supports the Senior Payroll Administrator in preparing monthly trial balance, accruals, payroll cost and benefit entries, and maintaining staff data in the ADP Payroll system. The analyst also prepares and distributes monthly payroll reports, reviews and reconciles payroll budgets, participates in the Procurement Committee to identify savings opportunities, and acts as a backup for the Accounts Payable clerk. Additionally, the role assists the Manager of Finance and Director of Finance and Information Technology with association-wide budget preparation and quarterly forecasts.
