About The Position

We are seeking a new member of our office staff in our Monmouth office to further our mission of providing quality care and support to patients in their homes. The Billing and Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and billing.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years office experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficiency with MS Windows and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flexibility
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or higher preferred

Responsibilities

  • Processing billing for private pay, insurance, and government programs
  • Researching and following up on billing issues
  • Working as a team with other staff to ensure that all paperwork and documentation is received
  • Processing and calculating payroll
  • Entering authorizations and ensuring that services are provided per the authorization
  • Assisting with other accounting and financial functions
