Surefox North America Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join their team. This role is responsible for the full-cycle administration of payroll and the end-to-end management of benefits and leave programs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and provide high-quality support to employees and management. You will be working under the guidance of Human Resources Leadership to provide administrative and support activities for a variety of company sponsored programs with primary duties focusing on the day-to-day administration of all benefit programs including payroll, medical, dental, vision, COBRA, life insurance, disability, 401(k), wellness, as well as leave of absence administration. We are seeking a self-starter with impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
