About The Position

Generations Healthcare Network, a Healthcare Consulting Organization headquartered in Lincolnwood, Illinois, has an opening for a Full Time Payroll and Benefits Coordinator. The job is seated at our Corporate Offices in Lincolnwood, IL. This is a Full Time Opportunity, Paying an Hourly Rate of up to $26.00 per hour, depending upon Level of Experience, Plus Full Benefits, including Choice of Healthcare Plans, PTO, 401k w/Company Match, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Teledoc, and Much More! Requirements

Experience as a payroll clerk; healthcare environment preferred
Knowledge of Paylocity a plus
Knowledge of wage withholding orders, including child support
Experience with HRIS and benefits administration platforms
Organizational skills for managing enrollments and compliance
Vendor management and problem-solving abilities
Data accuracy and record-keeping skills
Proficient with Microsoft 365, EXCEL
Strong communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of Paylocity a plus

Responsibilities

Review timecards for discrepancies
Make payroll entries
Calculate bonuses
Add increases/deductions
Process payroll
Print and mail agency checks
Save final reports
Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement, and wellness programs
Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations in HRIS and carrier systems
Coordinate annual open enrollment, including communications and system updates
Respond to employee inquiries regarding coverage, eligibility, and claims
Manage vendor relationships and resolve carrier issues
Reconcile monthly benefits invoices and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate benefits records and prepare compliance reports
Support special projects and continuous improvement of benefit programs
Manage Union Health & Welfare fund, dues and pension payments
