Join a family-oriented company that values personal and professional growth. We are currently looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Team, this is a TEMPORARY position!

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of prior payroll experience preferred.
  • Automotive Human Resource and Payroll experience preferred.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Experience with ADP, Workforce Now and CDK preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll for two dealerships.
  • Prepare, review, and reconcile the dealership's weekly payrolls.
  • Process withholdings, deductions, wage garnishments, or other special payroll actions and changes affecting net wages.
  • Ensure payroll issues are escalated and resolved.
  • Maintain current knowledge of city, state, and federal laws concerning payroll.
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks and deadlines.
  • Work closely with Corporate Payroll Manager with escalated concerns.
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding process for team members.
  • Maintain team member files to include I-9s.
  • Maintain & handle leaves of absence, coordinate with onsite leadership and following local and federal laws.
  • Responsible for gathering all information regarding Worker Compensation injuries and report to accordingly by submitting all necessary information to insurance provider.
