About The Position

Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient, high-energy On-Site Coordinator who excels when the stakes are high. This isn’t a standard 9-to-5 role; we need a warrior who can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced warehouse environment, pivot instantly when priorities shift, and resolve workplace conflicts with professional poise. This role involves handling payroll, data entry, obtaining signatures for payroll, speaking with clients, monitoring time clock usage, resolving associate grievances and disputes, and acting as a liaison between the client and Accurate leadership.

Requirements

Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
Ability to create and edit spreadsheets.
Work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll.
Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.

Nice To Haves

Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

Handle and managing payroll, data entry, and any other clerical duties and tasks while meeting deadlines.
Obtain signatures for payroll and speaking with clients directly.
Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll.
Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes.
De-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.
Be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support client's changing production needs.
Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.
