About The Position

BJC HealthCare is seeking a Payor Relations Representative to join their team. This role focuses on understanding provider relationships and assisting in activities that ensure the success of BJC providers in contract participation. The position provides operational support to department leadership, assists with financial research and analysis for BJC providers and care plans, and coordinates communication between participating parties regarding contracts and financial issues. The representative will also coordinate internal and external education, meetings, and seminars, and conduct audits of provider compliance with contractual obligations. This is a remote position, open to candidates in Missouri and Illinois, with a Monday-Friday day shift schedule.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of experience
• Experience with dealing with escalated insurance issues

Nice To Haves

• Associate's Degree in Business
• 5-10 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Provides operational support to the department leadership.
