About The Position

The Director of Payer Contracting & Analytics is a leader responsible for shaping and executing the hospital’s managed care strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as: Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, Economics, Public Health
- Minimum 5 years of managed care contracting and reimbursement experience
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare finance and/or revenue cycle operations experience
- Minimum 5 years of data analytics and financial modeling experience
Nice To Haves
- Master of Business Administration or Master of Health Administration or like degree
