About The Position

The Senior Associate will provide integrated planning, requirements traceability, and testing coordination across State Street’s Payments Business Risk and Resiliency Programs. The role supports SWIFT resiliency and other resiliency program delivery, anomaly detection, and payment traceability. • Manage defect logging, severity assessment, ownership, ageing, retesting, and transparent reporting to workstream leads and governance forums.
  • Coordinate end-to-end scenarios covering payment creation, screening, anomaly decisioning, holds, repair, market ACK/NACK, client communication, and audit evidence.
  • Support volume, cut-off, high-alert, access-control, failover, and recovery test planning with Technology and Operations.
