Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Typically 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or contract negotiations.
Knowledge of the Payments Processing industry and procedures.
Ability to enhance revenue and market share through effective relationship management.
Ability to analyze and research to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, delivering best-in-class service.
Understand the payments landscape and client processing environments to develop tailored payment processing solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal Chase teams to implement projects, provide strategic support, and resolve operational issues.
Lead pricing and contract renewals using entrepreneurial and negotiation skills.
Maintain a strong knowledge base of the payments landscape and educate clients and business partners on Chase's products and services.
