This is a full-time, exempt (salary) position with benefits, offering a salary range of $50,000 - $57,000 per year, depending on experience (DOE), paid bi-weekly. The role is based onsite in our Tyler, TX Administration Office.

Requirements

  • Two to Five years of similar or related experience in credit union/banking, such as credit/debit card disputes, ACH, EFT, etc.
  • A high school degree or GED is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior supervisory role experience in similar banking or credit union is preferred.
  • Related supervisory experience preferred.
  • Fluent Bilingual English & Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow debit and credit card portfolios while achieving revenue and performance goals. Grow cards (both debit and credit) with activity to at least $580K as of Dec 31, 2026.
  • Manage the net income associated with debit and credit cards to be more than $356K, Expenses are under $622K, and Income is greater than $978K
  • Manage and oversee the IRA portfolio with accuracy and attention to detail; zero errors or expenses to the credit union.
  • Ensure operational excellence through strong controls, compliance, and audit readiness. Maintain no more than two total finding on all audits and exams pertaining to the department.
  • Develop, implement, and improve processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and risk management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive measurable results across the department.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and service enhancement.
  • Retain top talent and grow the team while creating a culture built on accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide clear expectations, consistent coaching, meaningful feedback, and timely performance management.
