About The Position
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing employees and day-to-day cleaning/facility operations at assigned locations. This includes conducting inspections, supporting and supervising staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring quality service, and communicating with clients and management.
Requirements
- Must speak both English and Spanish fluently
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning duties as needed
- Flexibility to attend trainings outside regular work hours
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of management or operations experience preferred
- Janitorial, hospitality, or facility service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards are met
- Supervise, support, and train onsite employees
- Monitor supplies, chemicals, and inventory
- Maintain strong communication with clients and management
- Follow and enforce safety procedures and policies
- Assist with additional assignments as needed
