Payment Support Specialist (Bilingual English/Spanish)

As a Payment Processing Specialist, you will provide document review and data support to our client. Your assistance will make a positive difference in the organization you support. You will be able to provide successful administration. You will support Expert pay, a child support payment processing center, Expert pay process payments for the 50 states of the United States plus Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Provide assistance to Parents Paying Support, Employers and Payroll service providers, your service is to help users to navigate on the website, reactivate accounts and send passwords, inquiries about their payments.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Internet at Home (25 MBPS)
- Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education.
- Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening.
- Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Provide document review and data support to our client.
- Provide assistance to Parents Paying Support, Employers and Payroll service providers.
- Help users to navigate on the website, reactivate accounts and send passwords.
- Answer inquiries about their payments.
