About The Position
This position is responsible for effective operational service in performing one or more of the following functions within the Payment Service Center for ACH processing. Responsibilities include ACH processing, balancing and maintenance. Job duties are to be performed with moderate supervision and require attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks using good judgement and decision making in a team environment where tasks and assignments change to meet deadlines.
Requirements
- Successful work experience requiring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-oriented environment.
- PC proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other software systems or related applications.
- Effective verbal communication skills to resolve questions tactfully and to meet customer service expectations.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in changing environment.
- Ability to read PC screens, operate keyboards efficiently entering words or numbers for brief to extended periods of time.
