About The Position

Payment Poster for the billing team. Will be taking payments or setting up payment plans, copays, posting payments, charge entry & reconciliation/review, keying into EPIC, working off EPIC work que to assist with overflow, data entry. Will be directly supporting all billers with other duties as assigned. Will also be answering incoming calls from patients so they need to be customer/patient oriented.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Payment posting/charge entry/light medical billing/patient financial services experience
• 2-3+ years related experience as Payment Poster
• Experience with excel, as they will be using it daily
• STRONG Computer skills
• Experience with EOBs, manual posting, research, remittance

Nice To Haves

• Experience in EPIC as they will be pulling data from EPIC
