About The Position

In this role, you’ll support the onboarding and ongoing management of client payment processing accounts. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and payment partners to ensure accounts are set up accurately and maintained throughout their lifecycle. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role where priorities can shift quickly—ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and helping others.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfort working in a remote environment with strong self-management
  • Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tools quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Strong written communication skills (especially via email)
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

  • Basic proficiency with tools like Outlook, Excel, and CRM systems (or willingness to learn)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding of client payment processing accounts, including recurring billing and point-of-sale setups
  • Review and submit merchant applications, documentation, and updates to payment processors
  • Monitor account setup progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
  • Troubleshoot account and transaction-related issues and work toward resolution
  • Support clients and internal teams with questions related to payments, billing, and transactions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email and occasional phone calls
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in internal systems (CRM, documentation, etc.)
  • Adapt to changing priorities and assist with additional tasks as needed
  • Flexibility to work overtime, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.
