Try new things, learn new skills and discover what you excel at—all from Day One. Wealth Operations is hiring a Paying Transfer Agent Operations Specialist to support the Bond Holder Services team. This individual is responsible for the operational support and processing activities of Wealth Corporate & Institutional Banking Operations (WCIBO) Corporate Trust customer accounts and products of various types. Effectively and accurately coordinate, manage and complete multiple duties and assignments concurrently and within acceptable timelines. Understand and achieve established Service Level Agreements while being accountable for compliance with established department policies and procedures. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all regulatory, legal, and other risk mitigation requirements are satisfied on each transaction. Provide internal and external customer service for assigned area(s). Research problems that arise to determine and perform necessary corrective activities to resolve issues and suggest processing improvements.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of experience in transaction processing

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for completion of day-to-day processing activities.
  • Uses established procedures to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers for assigned area(s).
  • Researches problems or issues that arise and performs corrective actions.
  • Tracks and gathers information for reporting.
  • Suggests processing improvements.
  • Participates in Business Continuity Plan exercises, innovation activities and system testing.
  • Ensures compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, as well as the identification of and minimization of risk in the control environment.
