About The Position

Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Payer Relations Coordinator to manage relationships with insurance payers, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement for skilled nursing services. This role involves verifying patient insurance benefits, obtaining prior authorizations, and resolving insurance coverage issues. The coordinator will collaborate with admissions, billing, and clinical teams to ensure compliance with insurance requirements and optimize revenue cycle outcomes.

Requirements

High school diploma, or equivalent, required
Minimum of five years of prior related experience required
Must possess a strong work ethic and be a team player
Professional image in both appearance and behavior
Excellent written and oral communication skills

Prior experience in payroll in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting highly preferred
