The Payer Rate/Analytics Liaison is a key role responsible for leading enterprise payer performance analytics, reimbursement modeling, and contract rate optimization across Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Commercial lines of business. This position is critical for converting financial, operational, and clinical data into actionable negotiation strategies and supporting multi-state growth, revenue growth, and value-based care readiness. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare payer analytics, reimbursement modeling, or managed care finance
  • Knowledge of multiple reimbursement strategies: FFS, Pay for Performance, Full Risk
  • Advanced Excel skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree
  • Behavioral health and multi-state experience
  • Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Knowledge of ACOs and contracting with ACOs
  • Two (2) years of experience with rate setting and analysis
