• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a paving operator is preferred, demonstrating your expertise in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of our field employees.
• Spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching asphalt on highways, streets, parking lots, and driveways.
• Effective communication with the paving crew.
• Calculating the number of required trucks for asphalt transportation from the mix plant.
• Implement and interpret construction plans to facilitate seamless operations.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding and enforce safety policies and practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Engage in daily communications with managers, sub-contractors, and Project Managers to ensure smooth coordination.
• Manage the asphalt paving crew, ensuring adherence to Asphalt Contractor's high-quality standards consistently.
• Demonstrate dedication by working the necessary hours to complete projects in a timely manner while upholding top-notch quality.
