About The Position

O'Hanlon Paving is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Paving Coordinator to join our team in a full-time seasonal position based throughout Edmonton and the surrounding area. Reporting to the Paving Superintendent, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating project documentation, collecting field information, maintaining project records, and assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the Paving Department. The successful candidate will support our Core Purpose of Building Positive Change in our Communities while demonstrating our Core Values of Commitment, Attitude, and Respect.

Requirements

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs and Sheets).
• Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience and knowledge of the paving process are an asset.
• Drone experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Collect asphalt core samples and deliver them to the laboratory.
• Conduct site visits to gather project information and document project progress.
• Capture and upload project photos, videos, and QA/QC documentation.
• Maintain Fleet Watcher build files and project records.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Measure completed work and assist with project tracking.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks within the Paving Department.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
